A Space for You to Grow

Cyclical INC recognizes the importance of pastoral care, leadership training, and the power of peer encouragement. We need other to grow as we persist in working to develop and grow worshipping communities. A problem we see too often is church starters feeling stranded or unsupported because they are working in remote areas that are distant from like-minded leaders.

The vision for Cyclical Culture is to create an accessible forum where discerners, starters, and experienced pastors can come together for encouragement, strategic training, resources, and peer feedback.
